AB-Mail

Find important messages without rereading your entire inbox.

AB-Mail applies your categories, gathers useful context and can prepare a draft. You retain control over the decision, edits and sending.

From incoming message to draft reply

A quotation request arrives with several questions. AB-Mail can assign the agreed category, summarise the information provided and draft a reply requesting missing details. You check the original message, edit the draft where necessary and decide whether to send it. Prices or availability must not be invented to complete a reply.

Classification helps you read; it does not guarantee that a message is urgent, trustworthy or safe. An unusual invoice, payment request or change of bank details still needs your usual verification. We provide a review category for ambiguous messages.

Check compatibility and limit access

We first identify your email provider, mailbox type and organisational rules. A personal mailbox, a shared mailbox and several collaborators require different permissions. Compatibility with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another service is checked against your configuration before we commit to a connection.

The proposal identifies the folders involved, content sent to providers and retention conditions for the selected service. Private or sensitive messages can be excluded. We use the provider’s authorisation mechanisms where available; you should not email us your password.

Test classification before everyday use

We define a few useful categories and test them against representative messages, anonymised where possible. Together we review errors: a wrong category, missing context or overly confident wording. Activation follows approval of these examples, with a simple way to report corrections.

The subscription covers the agreed operation and support for the selected mailboxes. Adding a mailbox, connection or business rule may change the price. When the service stops, its access is revoked; your email stays with its provider. We agree during setup what happens to existing categories and drafts.
