Know what is monitored and how to request help
Depending on your agreement, follow-up can cover updates, backups, forms and visible errors. We distinguish faults, content changes and new features. These take different amounts of time and may be billed differently.
Before taking over, we check access, technology and available backups. The proposal defines support hours, agreed response times, exclusions and separately billed work. Maintenance does not mean unlimited development or round-the-clock on-call support.
Make a support request easy to assess
When reporting an issue, include the page, action taken, expected result and what happened instead. A screenshot and the time help reproduce the incident. Response time and resolution time are different: a fix depends on the cause, access and any other providers involved.
Having a backup does not by itself guarantee recovery. Support should specify what is backed up, how often, for how long and under what conditions restoration is tested. A redesign, cleanup after a previous attack or work outside agreed hours may require a separate service.
