How to read the result
Choose a monthly volume and the average time one task actually takes. The simplifiable share is your assumption, not a measurement of your business. The calculation multiplies these three inputs to express potential hours. The selected sector provides context but does not change the calculation.
For example, 40 tasks taking 10 minutes represent 6.7 hours a month. If a quarter can be simplified, the scenario shows about 1.7 hours. Human review, exceptions, setup and ongoing maintenance still matter. This result does not calculate the return on a purchase.
