The problem
Leaving music on self-service can unbalance the playlist, while managing everything behind the counter takes time during service.
Votune creates an in-between: customers participate without taking control of what comes out of the speakers.
The intended operation
- A QR code opens music search without requiring customers to install an app.
- A planned multilingual interface shows the status of each suggestion.
- Approve and Reject controls give staff the final say.
- Human approval is required by default to protect the music schedule.
- Optional automatic VIP approval can be enabled for selected areas.
- A cooldown between suggestions and a duration limit reduce abuse.
