Every project starts from how you actually work: the questions your customers ask, the tasks that keep coming back, the tools already in use and the constraints your team lives with. We then agree on a clear scope, build in stages and document whatever must stay under your control.

Arnaud remains your main point of contact, from the first conversation through to follow-up. Meetings can take place in Stokkel, in the neighbouring municipalities or remotely, depending on what the project calls for.
Your point of contact also understands the implementation
Arnaud coordinates discussions and technical choices. You can describe a problem in your own words: an incomplete form, information that is hard to find or work repeated across several tools. We turn that into concrete steps before discussing features or subscriptions.
We distinguish what can be retained, improved or built. Selected projects show different kinds of work, not features every customer needs. The quote defines deliverables, expected approvals and follow-up after publication.
Clear decisions at each stage
You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. An example enquiry, your current website or a document you regularly complete is enough to start a discussion. We help identify the problem, the people involved and the information needed.
The proposal describes a usable first version, its limits and acceptance criteria. You see the work before publication, and feedback is grouped so progress stays clear. At handover, we identify access credentials, update responsibilities and how to request help.
