AB-CONNECT is responsible for the personal data collected by this site. You can exercise your rights at the contact address displayed at the bottom of the page.

The form may collect your name, email address, message, and information you choose to provide about your business.

When Nora is used, the conversation text and its context are sent to the configured artificial intelligence provider to produce a response. If you voluntarily provide your email address in the chat, the conversation is also sent to AB-CONNECT so that Arnaud can follow up on your enquiry. Do not share sensitive, confidential or health information.

To limit abuse, the server uses the IP address and timestamps in pseudonymized form. The content of the messages is not saved in these technical files.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives the technical information necessary for this request. Images on the site are hosted locally.

Forms are used to respond to enquiries. The chat generates a contextual response and, when an email address is voluntarily provided, forwards the conversation for human follow-up. Technical data protects the service against automated submissions.

The form and conversations forwarded from the chat are not stored in a website database. The received email is retained for the duration of the follow-up and, if a commercial relationship begins, in accordance with applicable obligations.

The chat keeps its history only in the page memory until an email address is submitted. Each request is nevertheless sent to the configured provider, which applies its own terms.

The chat accepts ten requests per ten minutes and the form five submissions per hour. Rate-limit files do not contain messages. Timestamps are filtered on a new request; old files are cleaned up when the storage cap is reached. Hosting logs and backups follow their own configuration.

You can request access, correction or erasure of your data and exercise the other rights provided for by the GDPR. You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Data travels over HTTPS. Reasonable measures protect the site against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

We do not sell or rent your data. They are transmitted only to the necessary providers: hosting, e-mail, artificial intelligence provider for Nora and Google Fonts.
