For a small organisation, the risk may be practical: a domain controlled by a former supplier, a shared password or nobody knowing how to restore a backup. Together we list essential services and the people who need access.
The review can then check permissions, authentication, updates and recovery for authorised components. Each finding states the possible impact, recommended action and owner. The review budget does not automatically cover upgrading every system.
