The starting point
Data on experts, projects and references lived in separate files: finding the right profile meant searching in several places, with no guarantee of having seen everything.
The portal brings these three inventories behind a single search, so that the answer is both faster and more complete.
What is in place
- A cross-cutting search engine that queries experts, projects and references in one go.
- An expert directory, a project database and a reference database brought together in one tool.
- Advanced filters to narrow a search without starting it over.
What it changes
- A single repository: more than 23,000 experts, 7,500 projects and 3,600 references reachable from one search.
- About a hundred internal users — sales, recruitment, project management — work from the same inventory.
- Searches that are shorter and more reliable than a trawl through scattered files.
