The starting point
Profiles, skills and CVs were spread across files and shared folders: knowing who had done what meant asking around.
The directory brings these together into profiles that the experts keep up to date themselves.
What is in place
- One profile per expert, updated by that person directly.
- A multi-criteria and semantic search, rather than a list to scroll through.
- CV management attached to each person’s profile.
- Favourites and saved searches to pick up work in progress.
- A directory reserved for the teams, in English, reached through an internal account.
What it changes
- A skill is found in seconds, without going through the shared folders.
- Experts maintain their own profile: the directory stays current without centralised data entry.
- About 70 people — experts, teams, managers, administrators — work from the same directory.
