Local business

Preparing a local website: information that moves the project forward.

Before choosing colours or counting pages, gather what visitors actually look for. This preparation helps build a useful website in Stockel or anywhere else.

1. Write down recurring questions

Review recent enquiries. Are customers asking for a price, availability, service area or explanation? Group these questions and pair each with an approved answer. That gives you a first content list based on your business rather than a website template.

2. Choose what the visitor should be able to do

A brochure website can lead to an enquiry detailed enough to answer. Appointment-based work may need a calendar. Write one complete scenario from arrival to your follow-up: what information is requested, who receives it and what does the customer understand after submitting?

3. Decide who will maintain the content

Hours, prices, languages and photos can change. Identify who approves each detail and who publishes updates. On a multilingual site, changes need review in every language. Gather domain and hosting access too, so a ready website is not held up at launch.

4. Start with a short, testable list

For the first discussion, bring an introduction, three priority services, authorised images and an example enquiry. Add constraints: schedule, starting budget and tools to retain. This is enough to discuss a first version and separate immediate needs from later additions.

Let's talk about your local presence.

We can start with your organisation and the requests you receive today.
